Where do you deliver ?

We would hope to be able to satisfy our customers wherever they may be in the world*. We regularly send shipments all around the world.

*Please note that unfortunately we are  unable to deliver to PO Boxes , APO or FPO addresses, so when ordering please supply a valid residential or commercial delivery address.

How do you deliver ?

  • UK Deliveries are dispatched with our partner courier DHL
  • All EU and Worldwide Deliveries (all weights) are sent with DHL who offer a quick and fully trackable service straight to your door.

Once your order has been processed and booked for dispatch you will receive automatic notification from DHL with your tracking/waybill number and the link to monitor delivery progress.

How much will delivery cost ?

Delivery charges will obviously vary hugely from part to part depending on weight and size. Your delivery charge* will be calculated on your total order weight and you will be able to see that charge at the checkout stage.

Please understand incorporated in that charge is the need to make sure your goods are well packed and protected from damage it is not just a postal/carrier charge. Please also note for UK customers shipping charges also incur a VAT charge. Please ensure you select the correct country for your delivery to calculate the delivery charge.

For worldwide customers outside of the UK please note that there may be additional import duties and local taxes payable upon entrance to your country through Customs, this will be dependant upon your local laws and taxes applied to imported goods (this is not charged at checkout).

For all deliveries, our website will automatically calculate the shipping charge* based on your delivery country and total order weight.

*Please note on rare occasions where your delivery location is a ‘remote area’ there may be an additional Remote Area Surcharge applicable to your order which will be payable before dispatch.  We will contact you as soon as possible if this is applicable to your order.

Remote areas tend to be subsidiary islands that aren’t part of the country mainland.

How long will my delivery take ?

Items in stock will usually be despatched same day for UK orders received by 11.00AM. Subject to Royal Mail and DHL we would expect you to receive your goods within two working days. Exceptions to this would be Scottish Highlands & Offshore UK Islands which will take slightly longer. Some areas of the UK do not have postal deliveries at the weekend and there are no carrier deliveries at the weekend. In some circumstances we may be able to arrange Saturday carrier deliveries for additional cost, please email us in these circumstances before ordering.

We work very closely with our suppliers and items that are not directly in stock will usually be dispatched within two working days.

Delivery to most EU countries will be dispatched within two working days, delivery time will be dependant upon the delivery location although we always try and utilise express courier services to reduce delivery times.

Please note that deliveries to non EU countries may take a little longer and will be dependant upon courier delivery times and your location but normally no longer than 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.

If there is an unforeseen delay in dispatching your order don’t worry, one of our friendly team will contact you to advise you on the delay and expected dispatch date.

Why are there are no shipping methods when choosing my country?

For higher weighted orders and for some remote destination countries we would prefer to provide a shipping quote manually to ensure we can get you the best deal based on your requirements.  Please contact us using the Contact menu option so we can review your shipping requirements.
